was created by Los Angeles-based journalist Shane Nelson, who's been writing travel stories for more than a decade, covering activities over the years like surfing in Samoa, bathing elephants in Thailand and swimming with whale sharks in Australia. Shane's not been shooting and editing video nearly as long, but he's been hopelessly hooked since scoring his first sunrise.
